Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates will vary based on time, weight and location. For shipping rate to your address, please fill out the check-out form and your shipping rate will be shown before you make your purchase.
We offer free shipping options on orders over $75 before tax across the US.
Shipping & Delivery
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If the product is available in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Kindly note that the processing might take 7-10 business days for certain products that are not in stock! After processing, we will ship your parcel. Please note that some orders are processed automatically, and we cannot guarantee to be able to make changes to your order, although we are doing our best to comply with all requests.
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to update. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
NOTES:
1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for the carrier's guarantees.
All of our shipments include a Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.

We will NOT refund shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet the guaranteed shipping times.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
